Kate is a passionate herbalist and artist who strives to blend creativity, wellness and culinary arts into a harmonious lifestyle. Her deep love of the medicinal and magical plants has led her to years of studying and teaching about herbalism as well as a career in culinary services with the ethos of food as medicine.

Kate has been studying, teaching and consulting on herbalism for over 10 years. She went to school in the PNW and her plant studies have taken her from the West Coast US to SE Asia and now to New York. She is passionate about our connection to nature and how we can be in relationship with plants that grow right in our back yards.
